As the platform grows, private planning features such as family calendar items, private groups, invitations and RSVP information may also be processed to provide those features. Private planning information is not intended to be public by default.

Kids & Family FUN provides family-focused discovery and planning information. The service may include information from official sources, businesses, community contributors and other lawful sources.

You are responsible for deciding whether a place, event, activity, service or birthday option is appropriate for your family. Use of the website does not replace your own judgment, supervision or direct confirmation with a venue or organizer.

We may update, correct, moderate, remove or restrict content or accounts when needed to protect users, improve data quality, enforce our rules or comply with law.

Reviews, photos, new places, event submissions, corrections and other contributions should be truthful, relevant and based on information you are allowed to share.

• Do not submit spam, misleading information or unlawful content.
• Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
• Use extra care with photos that include children or other identifiable people.
• Only upload photos or other material that you have the right to share.
• Community contributions may be reviewed before or after they appear publicly.

By submitting public content, you allow Kids & Family FUN to store, display, reproduce and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and improve the platform, subject to the full Terms of Use.

Businesses may report or respond to community content where supported, but a business cannot remove a review simply because it is negative. Ratings and community feedback must remain independent of paid or promotional relationships.

Kids & Family FUN does not guarantee that every listing or community contribution is complete, current or error-free. We may show verification or confidence information where available, but families should still confirm details that matter to their visit.

Kids & Family FUN is designed for parents, guardians and other adults planning family activities. It is not directed to children under 13.

We encourage adults to avoid sharing unnecessary personal information about children. Family preferences should be stored in a privacy-conscious way and should not require a child's full name, school or other unnecessary identifying information.

A business may be able to claim or manage information associated with its listing, but claiming a listing does not give the business ownership of the page, community reviews or independent community contributions.

Paid, premium or sponsored features may be offered in the future. Sponsored content should be clearly identified, and payment must not change community ratings or allow a business to suppress legitimate negative reviews.

Some links may eventually be affiliate, booking or referral links. Where required, we will disclose when Kids & Family FUN may receive compensation.
