1. About Kids & Family FUN

Kids & Family FUN is a family-focused discovery platform designed to help parents, guardians and other users find and organize information about family-friendly places, events, activities, birthday party options and related experiences.

Features may include search, maps, filters, reviews, ratings, photos, Favorites, Lists, calendars, private planning, invitations, RSVP features, business listings and other tools.

Features may be added, changed, limited or removed over time.

2. Eligibility

Kids & Family FUN is intended primarily for parents, guardians and other adults.

Our account services are not intended for independent use by children under 13.

By creating an account, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the service.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a registered account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep information associated with your account reasonably current.

You are responsible for:

• protecting your login credentials;
• activities performed through your account;
• not sharing access in a way that compromises account security;
• not impersonating another person or business.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Place, Business and Activity Information

Kids & Family FUN may display information collected from businesses, public sources, organizations, users, moderators and other sources.

We work to make information useful and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current or error-free.

A listing appearing on Kids & Family FUN does not constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by Kids & Family FUN.

5. Family and Child Safety

Kids & Family FUN provides information and discovery tools. We do not supervise venues, events, businesses, activities or interactions between users.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding whether a place, activity, event, product or service is appropriate for their family or child.

Information about age suitability, fencing, accessibility, cleanliness, staffing, safety features or other family-related characteristics may be based on official information, community contributions or observations and may change.

Users should independently evaluate conditions and follow all applicable venue rules, posted warnings and safety instructions.

6. User Content and Contributions

Users may be able to submit content such as:

• reviews;
• ratings;
• photos;
• new places;
• events;
• birthday party information;
• suggested changes;
• reports;
• comments or descriptions;
• other community contributions.

You retain ownership of content you own.

You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

You may not submit content that:

• infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
• violates another person’s privacy;
• contains unlawful content;
• contains knowingly false or deceptive information;
• contains spam or unauthorized advertising;
• impersonates another person or business;
• includes unnecessary sensitive information about children;
• otherwise violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. License to Content You Submit

When you submit content to Kids & Family FUN, you grant Kids & Family FUN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, resize, distribute and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote and provide the platform.

This license allows us, for example, to display a submitted photo on a Place page, show a review to other users, resize an uploaded image for the website or display an approved contribution in search results.

The license does not transfer ownership of your original content to Kids & Family FUN.

If content is removed, copies may remain temporarily in backups, moderation records or other systems where reasonably necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention or operational purposes.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and should help other families make informed decisions.

Reviews must not be submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation or as part of coordinated manipulation of ratings.

Businesses may respond to reviews where that feature is available, but they do not have the right to remove a review simply because it is negative.

We may moderate, restrict or remove reviews that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Birthday Party Reviews

Birthday Party reviews may distinguish between people who hosted or organized a party and people who attended as guests.

Information such as reported package price or actual party cost may be based on an individual experience and should not be treated as the venue’s current official price.

9. Photos and Images

You should upload only photos that you have the right to share.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before submitting images that identify other people where permission is required.

We may resize, compress, crop or otherwise technically process images for display and platform operation.

Photos may be reviewed or removed for privacy, safety, copyright, quality or Community Guidelines reasons.

10. Events

Event information may be provided by organizers, businesses, public sources, users or other sources.

Events can be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, sold out, moved or changed after being listed.

Recurring events may also have individual dates that differ from the normal schedule.

Users should confirm important event details directly with the organizer before attending.

Saving an event or adding it to a Family Calendar does not guarantee that the event will occur.

11. Birthday Parties and Estimated Costs

Kids & Family FUN may provide information about birthday party venues, packages, guest limits, food, activities, availability and estimated costs.

Estimated party totals are informational estimates only.

Actual charges may differ because of:

• guest count;
• date or time;
• weekday, weekend or holiday pricing;
• taxes;
• service fees;
• gratuities;
• optional add-ons;
• additional food or activities;
• price changes made by the venue.

Always confirm the final price, included services, policies and availability directly with the venue before booking.

12. Family Calendar, Groups, Plans, Invitations and RSVP

Kids & Family FUN may provide private planning tools such as Family Calendar, private groups, meetups, birthday plans, invitations and RSVP features.

These features are organizational tools only.

Users are responsible for deciding whom they invite or allow to participate in private groups and plans.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive information, home addresses, school information or other unnecessary personal information through invitations or planning features.

An RSVP response is informational and does not guarantee attendance.

13. Businesses and Listing Claims

Businesses and organizations may be able to claim listings or use business tools.

We may require verification before granting management access to a listing.

A business representative must have authority to act on behalf of the organization they claim to represent.

Claiming does not mean owning the listing

A business claim gives an authorized representative access to permitted listing-management tools. It does not transfer ownership of the public listing itself.

Businesses do not own independent community content including:

• community reviews;
• ratings;
• approved user photos;
• community corrections;
• other independent user contributions.

We may revoke or restrict business management access if a claim becomes invalid, ownership changes, misuse occurs or verification requirements are no longer met.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Kids & Family FUN to:

• break applicable law;
• harass, threaten or harm another person;
• exploit or endanger children;
• publish sensitive personal information without authorization;
• submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings;
• create fraudulent business claims;
• send spam;
• impersonate another person, organization or business;
• upload malicious software or harmful code;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
• interfere with platform operation or security;
• circumvent access controls or moderation restrictions;
• scrape or collect personal information in violation of law or our rules;
• use automated systems in a manner that materially harms or overloads the service;
• use Kids & Family FUN for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.

15. Moderation and Community Integrity

Kids & Family FUN may review user contributions and may approve, reject, edit, restrict, remove or request additional information where reasonably necessary to operate the platform.

Moderation may apply to:

• new places;
• suggested changes;
• events;
• photos;
• reviews;
• business claims;
• reports;
• birthday party information;
• other submitted content.

Submission of content does not guarantee that it will be published or remain published.

Trusted or verified contributors may receive different moderation priority or workflows, but trust status does not guarantee publication or override platform rules.

16. Third-Party Websites, Businesses and Services

Kids & Family FUN may link to websites or services operated by third parties.

These may include:

• venue websites;
• ticketing platforms;
• reservation services;
• booking platforms;
• maps and navigation providers;
• payment providers;
• other external services.

Kids & Family FUN does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies or actions.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

17. Paid Features, Premium Listings and Sponsored Content

Kids & Family FUN may offer paid products or services, including premium business features, advertising, sponsored placement, promotional tools, subscriptions or lead services.

Sponsored or paid placements will be identified where appropriate.

Additional pricing, billing, cancellation or subscription terms may apply to particular paid products.

18. Kids & Family FUN Intellectual Property

Except for user content and third-party materials, Kids & Family FUN and its associated software, design, branding, graphics, databases, organization, interfaces and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Kids & Family FUN intellectual property to users.

You may use the service for its intended purposes but may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit protected platform materials except where permitted by law or authorized by us.

19. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Kids & Family FUN available and useful, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

We may modify, suspend, update or discontinue features, temporarily or permanently, where reasonably necessary.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, security issues or circumstances outside our control.

20. Disclaimers

Kids & Family FUN is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee:

• that every listing is accurate or complete;
• that a business will be open;
• that an event will occur;
• that a venue will have a particular amenity;
• that an activity is appropriate for a particular child;
• that pricing or availability will remain unchanged;
• that third-party services will be available;
• that community reviews reflect every user’s experience.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kids & Family FUN and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the service.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from reliance on listing information, third-party businesses, events, external websites, bookings, user content or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of Kids & Family FUN, your violation of these Terms or content you submit that violates another person’s rights.

23. Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account or feature when reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, the platform or the public.

Reasons may include:

• serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
• fraud or impersonation;
• fake reviews or manipulation;
• spam or abusive behavior;
• security threats;
• privacy violations;
• conduct that could harm children or other users;
• legal requirements.

Where appropriate, we may use warnings or temporary restrictions before permanent account termination.

Users may request account deletion subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Kids & Family FUN changes, new features are introduced or legal requirements evolve.

When these Terms are updated, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it where required.

25. General Terms

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with applicable policies referenced here, form the agreement governing your use of Kids & Family FUN.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not mean that we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

Applicable law

These Terms are subject to applicable United States law and other laws that apply to Kids & Family FUN and its users. Additional governing-law or dispute provisions may apply where legally required or where separate business or paid-service agreements are used.
