Philippe Park is a 92-acre waterfront park in Safety Harbor and the oldest park in the Pinellas County system. Its centerpiece is a temple mound built by the Tocobaga people, the largest remaining mound in the Tampa Bay area. Tree-lined roads lead to picnic shelters with grills, restrooms, a boat ramp and saltwater fishing; one playground is open while the main playground is being replaced.
