About this place The New Tampa Regional Library is a 25,000-square-foot library on Cross Creek Blvd, with reading-room views of a small lake and wooded area. It has a story time room, a large community room, four smaller rooms for study and tutoring, and The Hive, a public makerspace with tools and hands-on activities. It is part of the Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library system, so a free library card works at every branch.
