About this place

Moody Branch Preserve is a 960-acre site in Parrish owned by Manatee County and managed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Habitat has been restored for gopher tortoises and Florida scrub jays. Families can use the walking trail, playground, picnic shelter and wildlife viewing areas, and there are designated horseback riding trails.
