The Central Library is the main branch of the Manatee County library system, in downtown Bradenton on the Riverwalk. Its second-floor children's room has a large collection, a program room and a parents' collection. The Area 52 makerspace offers workshops in coding, robotics, 3D printing and recording, with Tween Tuesdays for ages 8 and up, and there is a local history room and a Friends bookstore.
