The Brooker Creek Preserve Environmental Education Center sits at the entrance to the roughly 8,700-acre county preserve near Tarpon Springs. Its exhibit hall has about 22 hands-on exhibits on natural Florida and local history, including a scaled-up gopher tortoise burrow and a wetland life cycle display. Admission to the center and the preserve trails is free.
