About this place

A 3-acre Hernando County park on the Gulf coast at the end of Pine Island Drive, west of Weeki Wachee. It has a beach and swimming area, a playground, a volleyball court, picnic shelters and grills, a concession stand, restrooms, showers and changing rooms. There is an observation point for bird watching. A parking fee applies and no lifeguards are on duty.
