Finding places
How do I find a place that fits my family?
Use Explore to choose an age and filters such as indoor, outdoor, free, fenced, restrooms, shade, parking or accessibility. You can combine several filters to narrow the results.
What is the difference between Explore and Map?
Explore is best for comparing place cards and details. Map shows where places are located and helps you find options close to a specific area.
Why is some information missing from a place?
Kids & Family FUN is growing. Some places still need additional details or community verification. If you know the place, you can help by suggesting an update.
How do I find family events?
Use Events to browse upcoming family activities and filter by date, location and other available options.
How do I find birthday party places?
Visit Birthday Parties to compare venues using family-specific details such as age fit, guest count, indoor or outdoor options, privacy and estimated party cost.
Account & lists
Do I need an account to search?
No. You can search places, events and guides without an account. An account is needed for personal features such as favorites, lists and contributions.
How do I save a favorite place?
Log in and use the heart or Save option where available. Your saved place will appear in your Favorites.
What are My Lists?
Lists let you organize saved places into your own collections, for example Weekend Ideas, Rainy Days, Birthday Options or Places to Try.
Sharing information
Can I suggest a new family place?
Yes. Use the Add a Place option and share the information you know. Submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly.
How can I report incorrect information?
If you notice incorrect or outdated information, contact us with the place name and the detail that should be corrected. A direct Suggest a Change option will be added later.
Can I add a review or photo?
Reviews and photo contributions are being added for family accounts. When available, they should be based on your own experience and must be appropriate for a family audience.
Business help
How do I claim my business page?
Visit For Businesses to start a claim request. We may ask for information that confirms you represent the business. Claim tools are still being expanded.
Can a business correct its listing?
Business owners can contact us to suggest factual updates such as hours, contact details, amenities, services and party information. More self-service business tools are being added.
Is a basic listing free?
Our goal is to make useful local information easy for families to find. Additional promotional or enhanced business options may be offered separately.
